Hello everyone! 

 My daughter's Girl Scout troop is participating in the Cleveland County CROP Walk! Proceeds from this event go to support the hunger fighting and relief efforts of Church World Service in 80 countries and to our local Food & Shelter. Please visit this link and donate to this great cause! 
What difference do your donations make?

 Funds raised in a CROP Hunger Walk assist people in need around the world.  

 For example:

  • $75 can enable three women to attend a literacy class for a year and change their lives forever. 
  • $110 can provide emergency food supplies for a family of five’s needs for a month. 
  • $140 can give a struggling farm family a new source of income: a pair of pigs. A piglet from each litter is then given to another family in need. 
  • $350 can enable the eldest in a child-headed household of AIDS orphans to receive vocational training, so they can support their siblings and themselves.
  • $1,050 can support community-based health, hygiene, and sanitation training for an entire community

LIFE WTR... another reverse osmosis purified water with added electrolytes...

Life wtr is another reverse osmosis purified water with added electrolytes that has nearly the same price tag as natural mineral water...  Why is this? The art installations on the bottles are vibrant, making it stand out on shelves. But what makes it cost so much? It does taste amazing, nearly as crisp and delicious as my favorite water so far, Icelandic Glacial. So, maybe there's something to this reverse osmosis vs. whatever they do to purify the cheap Wal-mart water?!
