Wear Flip-Flops? You gotta read this!!!!

This is a great read for those of us who wear flip-flops on the daily during the summer months! With all my joint and hip problems, I can't wear flip-flops very often because they make my joints hurt, but I do, like most, love the quick and easy factor that they bring to the table (or ground)!

It's a quick read so go check it out and then come back and let me know what you think... I'll wait ;)

The Perils of Flip-Flops: Daily Beauty Reporter: allure.com:

Kinda gross right? And honestly, who's going to carry around antibacterial foot wipes??? Maybe it's just me but that's just like a whole other level of weird lol.

But now this has me super curious about if my feet get this nasty in open toed heels and saddles or if it's just in flip-flops, because it could be logically argued either way... Flip flops only because they flop around thus splashing crud (germs, bacteria, etc) all over your feet vs. any open toed footwear because your feet are open to elements which is the cause of the germs etc being on your feet/ shoes...

Though the flip-flop only argument seems more likely, we can't be certain based solely on this article because they never said exactly what the cause of the germs, etc on the flip flops and feet was, or if all shoes have that on the outside.... Well, really they didn't say much of anything because this was a fluff piece not a scientific study lol.

What do you all think???

Chobani Greek Yogurt: Recipes, Review, & Giveaway- Oh My!

I'll be honest, I had never tried Greek yogurt before Chobani sent me a box of 12 various flavors of their single serving cups, but I had heard great things! So I was super excited when I opened the box to see all the great flavors.  There was lemon, peach, pineapple, strawberry, black cherry, strawberry banana, blueberry, blood orange, vanilla, plain, passion fruit, and mango, most of which were fat free! Let me tell you the hype about Greek yogurt, Chobani in particular, is spot on! This yogurt is WONDERFUL! After I ate the strawberry single serve while my daughter was at my parents' for the weekend, I had to go out and get a big 32oz tub of it, because I knew she would LOVE it, and let me tell you, we've about finished it already, in addition to the 16oz chocolate vanilla chunk I bought, and all the single serve cups Chobani sent! It's THAT good!!! My daughter and I really enjoy yogurt and granola for breakfast, so I went and bought some delicious granola

VigLink - for my bloggers!

VigLink is a way for blogs to make money, especially when google is messing up your AdSense (like they're doing to me for some reason). From what I understand they create hyperlinks on thing within your blog that you have talked about, but may not have thought to link to the company's site, because maybe they weren't your main focus. Then they give you $ for the traffic that those links (and some that you have already made) get.  In 2015 I made over $700 with VigLink, mainly due to a few of my Christmas shopping posts.  So they are totally legit! And you can make way more money than with AdSense (or at least I have in the past). Plus you can use both at the same time, so you can earn money from VigLink's links and from the ads that AdSense puts up. Win - Win!
