To get these, scroll over the white pulsing dot, and a screen with pop-up. On that screen just click "Get A Sample" and I think you can take it from there! (By the way, I've heard that for the Sam's Card ID# you can just enter any 10 digit number that starts with 1 or 2.)

I've used this site for at least 5 magazine subscriptions (that I can think of off the top of my head) and have gotten all of them and NEVER been billed! They do ask you to fill out a short survey/ review on a generic topic, but they are very short and easy (takes less than 5 minutes)!!!
