As someone who suffers from seizures and knows the hell that a disease like epilepsy can put, not only on the person with the disorder, but their whole family, I wanted to share the following information: Today, March 26th, is worldwide epilepsy awareness day, also known as Purple Day . A day where people wear purple in support of this cause!  What to do more? There are many local charity events and walks going on worldwide in support of Purple Day , which can be found here .  So, going with the purple theme, here is a make up and accessory look dedicated to the cause, for this special, purple day!

I just heard about these great videos for kids from Dino Lingo via Influenster . They teach kids how to speak different languages in a simple and fun way.  Check out the video below for an example. My daughter and I are interested in Italian because of our heritage, so that is the one we were drawn to, but they have several other languages you can find examples on their YouTube page .
