I just started using Symphony Tools to manage my social media accounts (mainly to share my blog posts to the cooresponding fb pages/ twitter accounts, and so far so good :) I actually really like it. It's perfect for scheduling and automatically sharing posts, like the networked blogs app used to do... actually it will import things from networked blogs too, which is nice, you don't have to setup everything from scratch.
